I'm glad you're here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Florida, Maryland, Washington D.C., and California, as well as a Reiki healer. My services are exclusively online if you live in any of these states.

Specializing in empowering Millennial and Gen Z women to navigate ADHD, embrace sensitivity, break away from codependent behaviors, and address family of origin issues. I will help you gain control amidst overstimulation, manage heightened emotions, build confidence in yourself, learn about your attachment style, cope with anxiety, navigate relationship strains, master transitions through significant life changes, and find resilience in the face of anxiety with personalized guidance and evidence-based practices.

Although I primarily specialize in Millennial and Gen Z women, my therapy practice warmly welcomes individuals of all ages, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, gender identities, and spiritual beliefs. I am dedicated to providing inclusive and affirming support for everyone who seeks assistance on their personal journey. My practice is proudly Bisexual Allied, Gay Allied, Lesbian Allied, Queer Allied, and Sex-Positive. My commitment is to provide a safe and judgment-free space for individuals from all walks of life.
